How can leaders create the conditions for their teams to be truly productive — not just busy?

This short, interactive webinar on Leading Productivity Improvement introduces practical ways for team leaders and managers in local government to lift their team’s effectiveness. Together we’ll look at:

  • Leadership styles that work in different situations — when to motivate, delegate or coach, and what your default style is (Protector, Enforcer or Mentor)
  • How to communicate as a leader to build clarity and ownership, handle tension early, and deal with conflict constructively
  • A simple daily tool for better communication and planning — DMS — plus practical templates to help you get started

You’ll leave with a clearer picture and practical resources you can use straight away to build focus, reduce noise, and lift team effectiveness.

About the Presenter:

Liddy Bakker

Productivity People Ltd

Liddy Bakker is a Director at Productivity People and leads Knowledge Management, turning the team’s practical improvement know-how into clear tools and resources that organisations can use themselves. She played a key role in capturing and documenting Productivity People’s method and developing the Productivity Programme online Portal.

As a facilitator, you’ll find Liddy’s style highly practical and engaging.
